Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architect with expertise in residential and hospitality projects, based in Bengaluru. While the role requires presence onsite, some work-from-home flexibility is available. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural solutions, managing projects, ensuring integration of design elements, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project timelines, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and contributing creative solutions to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and general Architecture principles
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects

• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in residential and hospitality projects

• Ability to adapt to hybrid work models and effectively manage tasks both remotely and onsite
