We are conducting a walk-in interview for the position of Accounts and Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT filings, and other statutory financial obligations.
• Collaborate with project managers and real estate teams to track project costs and profitability.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure proper internal controls are in place.
• Handle the preparation of year-end financial reports and liaise with external auditors.
• Assist in financial planning and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding and loans for real estate projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior accounting staff.
