- As a Partner, Business Development, and Design Management at Propdesign Interiors in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for leading design projects, overseeing training and development, managing projects, providing consulting services, and driving sales initiatives. Your role will involve creating stunning and functional spaces tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients across residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
To excel in this full-time on-site position, you must possess strong Leadership Development and Training skills, along with Project Management and Consulting experience. Additionally, Sales and Business Development skills are crucial for success in this role. Effective communication, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
