Content Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product updates, and crypto trends.
• Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats and channels, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, video scripts, landing pages, and more.
• Collaborate with the design, product, and performance marketing teams to create compelling content that supports marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all content adheres to client's tone of voice and brand guidelines.
• Monitor crypto trends and user insights to create relevant, timely content that resonates with the audience.
• Own and manage the localization process for Arabic and other regional content as needed.
• Track and report on content performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, etc.) and optimize content strategies based on performance.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
• Experience with content creation and localization in multiple languages, particularly Arabic, is a plus.
• Previous work with influencers, creators, or community-led content is desirable.

Requirements:

Qualification & Requirements:

• 13 years of content marketing or editorial experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of crypto concepts and current market dynamics (DeFi, L1s/L2s, stablecoins, etc.).

• Experience creating content across various channels (X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, emails).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
• Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
• Experience in regulated financial or crypto environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Web3, NFTs, and trading tools is a plus.
