Job Description

    As an Account Executive at Propel PRM, you will have the exciting opportunity to sell to the US market and work during US business hours. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with senior PR and communications professionals, educating them on how Propel PRM can revolutionize their media outreach and relationship management. To excel in this role, you must possess fluent English proficiency and have prior experience in selling to US-based customers. The ideal candidate for this position is a dynamic and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
    Your key responsibilities will include conducting product demos to prospective customers, effectively showcasing the value of Propel PRM, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing deals. Additionally, you will engage with US-based PR and communications professionals, understand their challenges, and position Propel PRM as the solution. Success in this role will involve consistently exceeding revenue targets by developing and executing strategic territory plans, as well as maintaining accurate CRM records to track sales activities, deal progress, and forecasts. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in providing market feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to enhance offerings and collaborating with the sales leadership team to refine sales strategies and best practices.
    Basic Qualifications:
    - 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
    - Experience selling to US-based customers is essential.
    - Experience selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms, or software solutions.
    - Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    - Ability to work US business hours.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Experience in a SaaS-based environment.
    - Familiarity with PRM or CRM tools as a sales professional.
    - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-growth company.
    - Strong ability to assess business opportunities and understand buyer needs.
    - Data-driven mindset with proficiency in forecasting and strategic planning.
    - Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior-level PR and communications professionals.
