Job Description
- As a Research Intern - Tech Recruitment, you will be responsible for working closely with our research directors to support international and domestic leadership hiring mandates. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research on target companies and potential candidates using advanced search and sourcing techniques. Please note that we provide excellent training on sourcing techniques to support you in this task.
- Assisting in candidate outreach through emails, calls, social media, and other channels.
- Supporting coordination between candidates and clients.
Qualifications required for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Preferred)

- Ability to commute or relocate to Pune, Maharashtra before starting work (Required)
