English Content Writer

We are looking for a skilled native English speaking Content Writer with experience in researching industry trends and creating high-quality, engaging long-form blog content. A strong understanding of SEO and experience with tools like Semrush is essential. Familiarity with WordPress for publishing is required. The ideal candidate will also have strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and produce engaging and informative articles tailored for consumer blogs, ensuring alignment with Property Finder s brand voice.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to source stories, gather insights and collect data, transforming these into compelling narratives that highlight our key partners.
• Research industry news and trends, analyze data to extract actionable insights, and transform complex information into clear, digestible blog posts.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure high standards of grammar, clarity, accuracy, consistency (in style, fonts, images, and tone), and overall quality before publication.
  
• Work with the creative team to develop and integrate visuals (images, infographics, videos) that enhance written content.
• Regularly refresh and update website content to keep it current, relevant and aligned with market trends.
• Support the team in identifying content gaps, and recommend new topics
• Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, optimizing headlines, meta descriptions, and integrating relevant keywords to drive organic traffic.

The Person

• Proven experience in blog content writing; experience in real estate content writing is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Desired Qualifications

• A degree in journalism or communications, with 2-3 years of relevant experience and a portfolio of published articles.
