Role Description

This is a full-time Recovery Manager role, located on-site in Mumbai. The Recovery Manager will oversee debt recovery processes, monitor accounts, and develop strategies to ensure timely payments. This role includes collaborating with internal teams, communicating effectively with clients, and maintaining compliance with company policies and guidelines. Responsibilities also involve generating reports, analyzing data to optimize recovery outcomes, and building client relationships to support financial resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in debt recovery, financial analysis, and account monitoring
• Proficiency in developing recovery strategies and generating detailed reports
• Effective communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory policies, and risk mitigation
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and debt management systems
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, analyze trends, and meet deadlines
• A Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is recommended
• Prior experience in recovery management or in the financial sector is an advantage
