Role Description
The Commercial Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC), and spare parts sales for biomedical equipment. The role requires building strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions while identifying service contract opportunities and ensuring timely renewal and expansion of the service business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop opportunities for AMC and CMC contracts for installed biomedical equipment.
Generate and manage spare parts sales for existing customers.
Approach hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and laboratories to secure service contracts.
Ensure timely renewal of existing AMC/CMC contracts and maintain high customer retention.
Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders related to service contracts and spare parts.
Coordinate with the service/technical team to understand customer requirements and support contract execution.
Maintain accurate sales records, contract documentation, and customer database.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for service contracts and spare parts business.
Build long-term relationships with hospital administrators, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to service contracts and spare parts.
Qualifications
1.Bachelors degree in Business, Science, Biomedical Engineeing, pharmacy or related field.(Preference will be given to MBA and MR)
2. 0-2 years of experience in medical equipment sales or service contract sales (preferred).
3.Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
4.Ability to identify service revenue opportunities from installed equipment base.
5.Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
