Manager- Finance & Strategy

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and highly analytical professional to join the CEOs Office as a Manager- Finance & Strategy. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of business operations, financial performance, and strategic priorities. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, contributing to key decision-making processes, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Director Finance to support business planning, performance reviews, and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Drive deep-dive analysis into business and financial data to uncover insights and track KPIs.
• Coordinate and align with senior stakeholders across departments on high-priority projects.
• Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate progress on organizational goals, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Senior leadership in finance, offering critical thinking and recommendations on various initiatives.
• Manage special projects or task forces, often in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Qualifications:

• 46 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or business operations.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• A go-getter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution (preferred).
