Were seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with 3-6 years of experience to transform complex operational and customer data from the electricity distribution sector into powerful, actionable insights. What Youll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective visualizations.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and performance.
• Support key business areas like regulatory reporting, load forecasting, outage analysis, and energy consumption insights.
• Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance and user experience.
• Document processes, data sources, and business rules.
• Empower business users through training on Tableau.

What You Bring:

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and BI/BA roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
• Experience working with utility/energy sector data

  Get Hired
  (meter readings, billing, load curves, outages) is highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of electricity distribution KPIs and regulatory frameworks.
• Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Associate).
