Job Description

Analyst/Associate – Shared Services Center

Position Overview

The role, part of Quality & Risk Management (QRM) function, involves assisting in forms & templates review, contracts evaluation, coordinating service delivery tasks, and supporting internal teams to ensure efficient and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery Assistance

  • Evaluate the contractual agreements, engagement-specific forms and templates for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the execution of routine service tasks and processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Follow defined service workflows, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and quality standards.

Operational Tasks

  • Maintain and update service records, logs, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, or dashboards as required.
  • Help perform basic analysis or data entry tasks to support the service team.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist with service audits and quality checks.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product or service knowledge.

Reporting

  • Prepare basic reports on service metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Personal Attributes

  • Basic computer proficiency and analytical skills (Excel, spreadsheets, reporting).
  • Internship or project experience in a service-related environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
