The ideal candidate will excel in healthcare talent acquisition and lead a team dedicated to finding the best candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful placements.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top healthcare talent.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare BDMs to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Monitor team performance and productivity, offering feedback and training as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, a US Healthcare Recruiter, Team Lead or proven experience as a Senior Recruiter in the healthcare medical staffing sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
