Job Description
What role you will play in team: Provide excellent customer service to loan applicants and borrowers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
What you will do: You'll handle inbound calls and emails, track loan applications, and ensure smooth communication with clients.
Key responsibility:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from loan applicants and borrowers.
- Answer questions about loan applications and the lending process.
- Track loan applications and update clients on their status.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Familiarity with lending operations is beneficial.
