Job Description

As a challenge-driven recruiter at TRT Solutions Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for acquiring talent for various positions in IT Service Companies worldwide. Reporting to the HR Team Leader, you will work remotely with the flexibility to be based anywhere globally. However, there is a possibility of relocating to the TRT office in Clark, Philippines within 12-24 months if requested by management. Successful performance in the first 6-24 months may open opportunities for relocation to Singapore, the Philippines, or the United States based on individual capabilities and organizational needs.

Recruiting at TRT is an ongoing process that requires active engagement. Operating under the ethos of Code R.E.D (Recruiting Every Day), we are constantly seeking top talent in the market to fulfill our recruitment objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing recruiting plans for Business Development units, coordinating recruitment initiatives across 14 countries, and handling administrative tasks in collaboration with the Finance Department.

To excel in this role, you must collaborate with TRT Leaders to create job descriptions, devise recruitment and interview strategies, efficiently fill open positions, participate in induction and performance management processes, build a pool of qualified candidates, research new recruitment sources, establish networks to find passive candidates, and post job advertisements online.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of successful global recruiting experience, preferably in a Whitespace/greenfield environment rather than managing existing networks. You should demonstrate the ability to implement global talent acquisition strategies and action plans effectively to meet organizational objectives.,
