AVP/VP- KPO (Preferably US & Canada Accounting)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented AVP/VP Operations to lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless process execution, build operational resilience through strong SOPs and backups, and contribute to strategic initiatives focused on efficiency, cost optimization, and client satisfaction.

• Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of daily operations, identifying and resolving process bottlenecks proactively.
• Process Design & Resilience: Develop, implement, and maintain robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); build strong process backup models for business continuity.
• 
  Strategic Optimization: Formulate and drive strategies to optimize staff utilization, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Client Management: Participate regularly in client calls, addressing concerns and ensuring consistent service delivery to support client retention and satisfaction.
• Client Onboarding & Stabilization: Lead operational onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid stabilization.
• Talent Management: Drive recruitment initiatives, foster team retention, and fill temporary resource gaps as needed to maintain service levels.

• 710 years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong experience in process optimization, team leadership, and client engagement.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
