Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries for RPO services.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and qualify prospective clients.
• Utilize various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email marketing, to generate leads.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and tailored presentations for potential clients.

• Collaborate with clients to understand theirhiringneeds and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of techniques, including direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely and effective communication with candidates and clients throughout therecruitmentprocess.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations tohiringmanagers.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and otherrecruitmenttools to track and manage candidates and job orders.
