Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecom Trainer located in Gurgaon. The Telecom Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting assessments, creating training materials, and monitoring participant progress. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating telecom-related training sessions, developing training strategies, assessing trainee performance, and collaborating with team members to ensure training effectiveness.
Qualifications Graduate in any stream Minimum 5 years work experience Minimum 3 years of training experience Sector: Telecom/Handset/Retail/Bank Strong expertise in Customer Service Training and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Experience in designing and delivering training programs Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
