Job Description
We re looking for someone with 10+ years of experience and a solid grasp of project delivery, business engagement, and commercial credit operations and Commercial Lending Origination and Underwriting space.
This role involves:
- Leading business requirements and design sessions
- Partnering with business teams to define future-state processes
- Driving risk, change, and strategic planning initiatives
- Applying deep knowledge of commercial credit, financial analysis, and risk management
Must have:
- 10 plus years of experience with strong business knowledge of commercial lending origination/underwriting including Credit risk and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
- Superior collaboration, flexibility, and responsiveness
- Strong communication abilities, with experience driving business liaison meetings and driving requirements and designs.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal/written communication skills
