Scope
Coordination and execution of Ocean Freight orders in accordance with customers requirements , internal processes, procedures and based on PSA BDP Ethics
Responsibilities

• 
  Manage Ocean Import and Ocean Export end-to-end operations.
• Planning, Booking, Transportation and Documentation of Ocean Freight Shipments
• Coordination and follow up of the shipments end-to-end
• Customs Clearance coordination for Ocean Export and Ocean Import shipments
• Invoicing and Costing
• Updating to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (mail, phone, EDI)
• Operational troubleshooting
• Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPIs
• Adherence of approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates

• Closely coordinate with various stakeholders such as but not limited to PSA BDP external (Network offices, Agents, suppliers and Ports) and internal (Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Customs departments)
• Punctual and flawless shipment handling and documentation
  

Job Requirements
Qualifications / Experience

• +3 years of demonstrated experience of logistics and forwarding operations, regulations and documentation
• A professional degree by a licensed educational institution
• High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
