Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support implementation & maintenance of an ERP platform across institutions, from data collection to dynamic dashboard.
- Drive data analysis to support executive decision making.
- Implement quality management actions and ensure compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations
- Monitor and report on all activities, processes, and procedures related to TQM
- Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.
- Act as a facilitator, train & assist employees in implementing TQM
Qualifications:
- UG/PG Degree in CS / IT/ Data Analysis and related fields.
- 5+ years experience in working in TQM and ERP
- Hands on experience in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Talend is desirable
- Experience in a reputed educational institution is preferred
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary educational institutions
- Proficiency in quality management systems.
- Excellent data management skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
