The key accountabilities for this role are, but not limited to;

• Perform the function of independently working for Procurement initiatives in within the frameworks of the Global Procurement Team and work very closely with the Director – Procurement, India.


• Continue with all current and new sourcing projects that are in place.


• Identify local (country) procurement options and put in place programme of efficiencies


• Management of the key procurement reporting processes and further across the AMEA region, liasing with Procurement Managers in AMEA region.


• Maintain all reporting of analysis, savings programmes, procurement plans as directed by Groupe Procurement and Regional Procurement.

Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to and comply with all policies including Janus relevant to your role and all activities undertaken in that role.

• Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues both at an interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment.


• Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence both within Re:Sources and across all customer and supplier organisations.

• Undertake all work in a safe manner and follow all company and workplace health and safety procedures.


• Report incidents and accidents to manager or workplace H&S representative/co-ordinator as soon as possible

Experience/Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in generalist Procurement role


• Post Graduate in Supply Chain or Finance preferred


• Experience in a service industry is preferrable

Knowledge

• Generalist Procurement Knowledge


• Extremely good analysis ability


• Intermediate –senior use of Excel


• Intermediate –senior use of Powerpoint
