Technical Project Manager

Role Summary: We are currently looking for a mid-level Technical Project Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of project management experience and a strong understanding of typical industry operating standards. Responsibilities:

• Communication: Proficiency in English for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Pharma / Healthcare industry .
• Project Ownership: Lead and supervise the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, managing each phase closely.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee project operations, including updating statuses and regular follow-ups on open tasks and actions.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain active communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and requests for necessary actions or data.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trust relationships with clients and internal stakeholders (Technical PMs, Project Directors, Technical Managers).
• Tech Platform Expertise: Proficiency in working with platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, or similar.
• Project Management Tools: Utilize
  
  JIRA or equivalent project management tools to coordinate with development and QA teams.
• Communication Bridge: Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, facilitating transparent and productive communication.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve project-related challenges to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• SLAs and Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on project deadlines and market demands.
• Cost Monitoring: Regularly monitor and adjust project costs to ensure alignment with the project scope.
• Multitasking and Prioritization: Proficiently handle multiple tasks while ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Show self-direction, proactive problem-solving skills, and accountability in managing projects.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration.

Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in project management.
