This role is for you if

You have 5+ years of experience driving massive revenue impact for D2C brands (especially with Meta campaigns)
You have hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals.
Youre a cross-channel strategist who can seamlessly connect paid media with Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email initiatives to amplify overall marketing impact.
You see complex attribution data not as a report, but as a story waiting to be told
Youre a creative-performance hybrid who can ideate compelling concepts AND optimize them to profitability
You thrive on aggressive testing and have turned "failed" campaigns into million-dollar winners
