Responsibilities:

• Data Infrastructure Setup: The person filling this role will play a crucial part in setting up the data analytics infrastructure. This will include managing databases, implementing data pipelines, and ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Reporting and Dashboards for critical KPIs
• A/B Testing: You will be expected to contribute to designing and analyzing A/B tests for different experiments.
• Data-driven Decision Support: You may be asked to provide ad-hoc analysis or answer specific business questions to support decision-making across different functions.
• This role will require close collaboration with different functions - Paid Marketing, SEO, Design, etc.

• SQL Proficiency: 3-4 years in advanced SQL querying, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: A solid understanding of digital marketing concepts including: Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager etc. Online advertising, web analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign tracking.
• Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required.

Beneficial experience:

• Statistical Analysis: A solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques - hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other quantitative methods
• Experience with either Python or R for data analytics
• Experience in a B2C E-commerce startup
