Job Description
- As a Senior Manager, Asia Pacific Japan Physical Security and Safety at Pure Storage, Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the physical security and safety of Pure Storage's staff, properties, and assets in the APJ region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting and coordinating physical security, safety, and investigations for Pure Storage facilities, events, and travelers throughout the APJ region
- Managing vendor relationships for physical security manpower providers in APJ
- Defining and driving execution of Service Level Agreements and performance metrics for physical security manpower vendors
- Establishing strategic relationships and providing direction on service requirements to property management at APJ locations
- Participating in the development and managing of APJ Physical Security & Safety OPEX and CAPEX budget
- Managing APJ Physical Security & Safety operations budget, driving efficiencies and quality optimizations
- Leading the implementation of tools and processes to provide real-time information impacting the APJ region
- Supporting the implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance in the APJ region
You should bring to the team:
- A minimum of 10 years of combined experience in physical security & safety roles within a multinational high technology environment
- Ability to manage physical security & safety challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in implementing physical security system installations
- Well-established professional network of physical security contacts
- Knowledge of specific threats, risks, and operational challenges
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in physical security & safety roles within a multinational high technology environment
- 5+ years of senior management experience

- Knowledge of current security technology including access control, CCTV, and identification systems
Education required:
- BS/BA degree preferred but not required (Industry experience considered along with level of formal education)
