Interior Designer

Job Title: Interior Designer / Interior Architect

Department: Design & Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts and layouts for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Collaborate with the architecture, project management, and sales teams to align design aesthetics with business objectives and market expectations.
• Prepare design presentations, 3D visuals, mood boards, and working drawings
  
  for client and management approvals.
• Select materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for large-scale residential and commercial developments.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and timely execution of design work.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure adherence to approved plans and quality standards.
• Stay updated on market trends, materials, and cost-effective design solutions relevant to real estate interiors.
• Support in developing sample flats, sales office interiors, and marketing mock-ups in alignment with the brand image.

Education & Preferred Background:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design / Architecture from a recognized institute.
• Prior experience in a real estate or architectural firm handling large-scale residential or commercial projects.
• Exposure to sample flat design and sales office interiors.
• Experience with project-based interior standardization.
