About the Role

We re looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join us as HR Management Trainees (Recruitment) in our Irvine office.

This is an excellent opportunity for entry level candidates eager to learn, build professional skills, and launch a career in the dynamic world of HR and recruitment.

What You ll Do

• Learn the fundamentals of IT and non-IT recruitment, HR processes, and client relationship management
• Engage with candidates and clients through calls, meetings, and digital communication
• Build and maintain strong relationships to help drive our business forward
• Participate in comprehensive training and hands-on learning from experienced mentors
• Grow into a key contributor to our team and to our clients success

What We re Looking For

• entry level candidates (Bachelor s degree preferred, any discipline)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable making phone calls and connecting with new people
