This is where you come in:

As a Search Consultant / Practice Lead, you will:
- Own endto-end mandates for senior technology leaders (CTO, CPO, Head of Engineering, VP Data/AI) across India and global markets.
- Work directly with founders, CEOs, CHROs and investors to shape the brief, challenge thinking, and define what great looks like.
- Build and run structured search strategies: market mapping, outreach, assessments, and closing.
- Manage internal researchers and crossfunctional stakeholders to keep searches on track and communication tight.
- Act as a longterm advisor to tech leaders in our network, not just a onemandate recruiter.
Youll be a great fit if you:
- Have 5-12 years in executive search / leadership hiring, ideally with exposure to technology or product roles. (Mandatory).
- Are comfortable holding your own with senior stakeholders - CXOs, founders, investors- balancing empathy with assertiveness.
- Think in research, structure, and process, but also enjoy the art of reading people and managing sensitive conversations.
- Have led multiple mandates in parallel and can manage internal teams and external expectations without drama.
- Write and communicate with clarity; your emails, reports, and debriefs make decisions easier for clients.
