Job Description
- As a dedicated and motivated employee at PurpleRain, you will have the opportunity to embark on a fulfilling career in customer service/technical support with one of the fastest-growing companies. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service consistently, across various shifts including day, night, and graveyard, at our Indiranagar location in Bangalore.
In this role, you will be the frontline support for customers, assisting them via live chat and telephones. Your tasks will involve troubleshooting a wide range of technical and non-technical issues related to web hosting and VPN plans and services. Additionally, you will be required to provide technical support for level one escalation issues through the helpdesk.
As part of the team, you will also be expected to take on any miscellaneous job-related duties assigned by supervisors and management. To excel in this position, proficiency in VPN, troubleshooting, voice support, non-voice support, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) will be beneficial.
