Hiwox is building a human transformation and wellness ecosystem focused on preventive healthcare, functional wellness, mental wellbeing, fitness, nutrition, accountability systems, and sustainable lifestyle redesign.
We are not building just another healthcare or fitness brand — our goal is to create scalable wellness transformation systems that improve human performance, productivity, health outcomes, and long-term lifestyle behavior.
Currently, we are in the early building and validation stage:

• Forming our core leadership team
• Refining wellness and operational systems
• Onboarding doctors, consultants, and healthcare experts
• Building pilot wellness transformation models
• Preparing for scalable execution across healthcare and wellness verticals
  

Role Overview
The Design Head will lead and shape the complete visual, creative, and experience ecosystem of Hiwox. This role requires someone who can think strategically while also executing across branding, UI/UX, storytelling, digital products, marketing creatives, presentations, campaigns, and futuristic wellness experiences.
This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone capable of transforming ideas into scalable visual systems and impactful user experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative Leadership

• Build and maintain Hiwoxs complete visual identity and creative direction
• Develop premium, futuristic, and wellness-focused brand aesthetics
• Create scalable design systems and brand guidelines
  

Marketing & Visual Communication

• Lead social media design, campaign creatives, advertisements, and storytelling assets
• Design pitch decks, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
• Build visual communication systems for online and offline growth initiatives
  

Product & Experience Design

• Support UI/UX design for wellness platforms and digital healthcare experiences
• Create user-centric transformation experiences across digital and physical touchpoints

• Work on wellness product visualization and ecosystem design
  

AI & Innovation Driven Design

• Use AI-powered tools and modern design systems for rapid execution
• Explore futuristic creative concepts and next-generation visual experiences
• Bring healthcare and wellness innovation ideas to life visually
  

Team Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate closely with founders, healthcare experts, marketers, and operational teams
• Translate strategic ideas into scalable creative systems
• Contribute towards long-term creative innovation and brand evolution
  

Required Skills

• Strong multidisciplinary design capability
• Expertise in branding, storytelling, and visual systems
• UI/UX and digital product design understanding
• Creative leadership and execution ability
• Ability to work across multiple design formats and platforms
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative workflows and tools
