Role: Finance Officer Equity-Based | Remote | Founding Team Role
We are looking for a highly responsible, strategic, and execution-oriented Finance Officer who can help build and strengthen the financial infrastructure of HiWox from the ground level.
This role goes far beyond bookkeeping or maintaining financial records.
You will help shape how HiWox grows sustainably, manages resources, prepares for fundraising, and builds long-term financial systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial planning systems including budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow tracking, operational cost management, and financial sustainability frameworks.
• Work closely with founders and operations teams to support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, pricing structures, business scalability, and growth planning.
• Build and improve financial processes related to reporting, compliance coordination, documentation, operational controls, and future investor readiness.
• Contribute to long-term financial strategy involving fundraising preparation, financial modeling, revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and scalable business infrastructure.

This is currently an equity-based founding team opportunity with no fixed salary at the initial stage.
