Role: HR & Business Operations Officer Equity-Based | Remote | Founding Team Role
We are looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented, and people-focused HR & Business Operations Officer who can help build and strengthen the operational and organizational foundation of HiWox from the ground level.
This role goes far beyond recruitment or administrative coordination.
You will help shape how HiWox builds teams, manages workflows, scales operations, and creates a strong ownership-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage recruitment, onboarding, team coordination, communication, and people-management systems aligned with HiWoxs long-term organizational vision.
  • Develop and improve operational workflows, accountability systems, execution structures, documentation processes, and internal coordination frameworks across departments.
  • Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to support daily operations, strategic execution, team productivity, and scalable business process management.
  • Contribute to building a strong organizational culture focused on ownership, collaboration, execution discipline, adaptability, and long-term ecosystem growth.
