About the Role

PW CA Wallah is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Chartered Accountant to join as an Academic Strategist for the Commerce domain. This role blends academic expertise with digital strategy, requiring someone who understands both commerce education and the evolving online learning ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute academic strategies for CA and commerce-related courses.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and student needs to refine course structure and content.
• Collaborate with faculty, content, and product teams to develop high-quality learning programs.
• Contribute to content planning across platforms including YouTube, app, and other digital channels.
• Drive growth initiatives through social media insights and digital engagement strategies.
• Monitor student feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve course effectiveness.
• Support launch strategies for new batches, courses, and academic initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in academic planning, edtech, or commerce-related roles.
• Strong understanding of online education platforms and digital content ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and content strategy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in edtech or teaching commerce subjects.
• Familiarity with CA curriculum and student journey.
• Creative thinking with a strong sense of student engagement trends.
