About the Role

Physics Wallah is looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing Associates to join our team in Anna Nagar, Chennai. If you are passionate about student outreach, field marketing, and building strong relationships with schools and educational institutions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve admission targets within the assigned territory and manage the complete admission cycle.
  
• Plan and execute student outreach and promotional activities for Physics Wallahs courses and programs.
• Conduct school visits, seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and admission drives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, coaching institutes, and other educational partners.
• Execute ATL and BTL marketing activities, including canopy activities, leaflet distribution, and local campaigns.
• Organize scholarship tests and ensure maximum student participation.
• Generate leads through field marketing initiatives and convert them into admissions.
• Coordinate with the Centre Manager and central marketing team to execute local marketing campaigns.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and student feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain regular reports on marketing activities, leads generated, and conversions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, education marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English is preferred.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
• Ability to conduct seminars, school visits, and promotional events independently.
• Target-driven with strong relationship-building skills.
