We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and a keen eye for detail. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives to promote PW Vidyapeeth and attract prospective students and parents.

• Collaborate with Design and Content Team: Work closely with the design and content team to develop compelling marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and website content. Provide input and feedback to ensure that marketing collateral effectively communicates the schools values and offerings.

• Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, demographics, and competitor strategies. Analyze data to gain insights into consumer behavior and preferences. Use findings to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.

• Build Processes for Better Coordination: Develop and implement processes to streamline marketing initiatives and improve coordination between internal teams. Ensure that marketing activities are aligned with overall business objectives and deadlines are met consistently.

• Stay Updated on Marketing Trends and Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Stay updated on new tools and techniques for data analysis, market research, and campaign optimization. Apply knowledge to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.

• Ideation and Innovation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the category.

• Event Coordination and Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events such as product launches, webinars, and trade shows. Help in coordinating logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee registration.
• Contribute to the creation of event promotional materials and collateral.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
