Key Responsibilities:

1. Scalability & Growth

• Design scalable processes and systems for student-teacher query handling.
• Drive expansion plans across subjects, regions, and verticals.

2. Business Analysis & Insights

• Use data analytics to derive insights on performance and engagement.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

• Gather feedback from students, teachers & market trends for strategic input.

3. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution

• Lead planning & execution of new programs/features.
• Coordinate with product, marketing & content teams.
• Drive marketing outreach and assess campaign impact.

4. Teacher Lifecycle Management

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of teachers.
• Implement performance tracking mechanisms.
• Design retention strategies and teacher support initiatives.

5. Student Engagement & Query Resolution

• Track student attendance, query resolution, and satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

• 46 years of experience in Program Management/Operations (preferably in EdTech).
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficient in using data tools (Excel, SQL, dashboards, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
