About the Role: PhysicsWallah is looking for passionate and academically strong Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) and CA Pursuing (Inter/Final) candidates to join our Academics team as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong understanding of Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, Business Laws, and Wealth Management, and are interested in building high-quality educational content for competitive examinations.

Key Areas of Expertise

Candidates should have strong conceptual knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• Indian Economy & Financial System
• Principles & Practices of Banking
• Accounting & Financial Management
• Retail Banking & Wealth Management
  
• Advanced Bank Management
• Bank Financial Management
• Advanced Business & Financial Management
• Banking Regulations & Business Laws

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality academic content, including study notes, practice questions, mock tests, and assignments.
• Create exam-oriented learning material with conceptual clarity.
• Solve academic doubts and provide subject support.
• Review and update existing content as per the latest syllabus and industry trends.
• Prepare scripts and presentation material for recorded and live sessions.
• Collaborate with the Academic, Content, and Production teams to ensure content quality.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and student-centric learning standards.

Eligibility

Educational Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) OR
• CA Final / CA Inter (Pursuing)
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Strong conceptual understanding of Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Business Laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand learning material.
• Good content writing and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or content development experience is preferred but not mandatory.
