Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (TET Exam – Mathematics)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) – TET Mathematics to create high-quality, exam-oriented content for various Teaching Eligibility Tests (TET). The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics, expertise in pedagogy, and experience in developing descriptive and objective exam content aligned with CTET and State TET examination patterns.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have qualified CTET or any State TET examination.
  • Masters degree in Mathematics or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
  • Ph.D. (Pursuing/Awarded) will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Pedagogy and learner-centric teaching methodologies.
  • Sound knowledge of descriptive (conventional) question writing techniques.
  • Good understanding of teaching examination patterns, syllabus, and evaluation criteria.
  • Ability to create exam-oriented content aligned with learning outcomes.

Experience

  • 2.5–3.5 years of experience in content creation or teaching for Mathematics in teaching competitive examinations.

Required Skills

  • Strong conceptual knowledge of Mathematics.
  • Ability to create high-quality exam-oriented content with detailed and student-friendly solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and AI tools (including ChatGPT).
  • Good command of both English and Hindi.
  • Hands-on experience with Mathematics authoring/tools for content creation.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and content development skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality content for CTET, State TET, and other Teaching examinations.
  • Create PGT-level objective and descriptive questions with accurate, plagiarism-free solutions.
  • Prepare various types of practice material, mock tests, assignments, and assessments.
  • Write clear, concept-based, and student-friendly explanations.
  • Conduct research on teaching examinations, syllabus updates, and exam trends.
  • Resolve academic doubts within defined timelines.
  • Ensure content quality, accuracy, and alignment with exam patterns.
  • Effectively use Google Sheets, AI tools (ChatGPT), and Mathematics tools for content development.
  • Collaborate with internal academic teams to enhance content quality and learner outcomes.

  • Passionate about education and competitive exam preparation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent content writing and proofreading skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Able to manage deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
