• As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
Position Requirements:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their fixed asset management needs and requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of fixed asset management systems, including software integration and customization.
• Conduct comprehensive fixed asset audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice on fixed asset valuation, depreciation, and impairment testing.
• Analyze and interpret financial data related to fixed assets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing fixed asset utilization and minimizing asset-related costs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in fixed asset management.
• Provide training and support to client teams on proper fixed asset management techniques and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to develop and implement standardized fixed asset management processes.
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to clients and management.
  

Preferred Skills

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (such as CPA, CFA, or CMA) is preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Fixed Asset Consultant or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and regulations related to fixed assets (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and issues.
• Proficient in using fixed asset management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective, but also a relationship perspective.
