Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a member of the Deals RVD team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), you will have the opportunity to assist organizations in realizing the potential of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your role will involve providing data-driven insights to help clients maximize value from deals, collaborating with top Deals experts, engaging with clients globally, and contributing to the execution of deals that align with client business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and execution of vendor/customer Separation and Integration during divestitures, spin-offs, mergers, and acquisitions
- Evaluate legal and financial implications of contracts and provide strategic guidance to clients throughout M&A phases
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and ability to solve unstructured problems
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and client teams
- Prepare client deliverable reports with comprehensive insights using visualization tools and PowerPoint presentations
- Guide and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment
- Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy using a variety of tools & techniques
- Perform pre-close and post-close analysis including contractual diligence, vendor landscape evaluation, synergy analysis, cost take-out opportunities, and TSA management
Qualification Required:
- 7-10 years of industry experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Thorough knowledge of pre-sign diligence, pre-close, and post-close M&A support

- Experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, vendor engagement, and cost take-out analysis
- Exposure to Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) and legal/contractual due diligence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, research abilities, and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools
- Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management or related discipline
- Practical experience in mergers and acquisitions, contractual due diligence, and data analysis
