Job Description

    At PwC, individuals in brand management, marketing, and sales collaborate to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. They focus on driving revenue growth, promoting the Firm's services, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities. Utilizing market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies, they engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organizational targets. In the proposal strategy role, effective communication of ideas, solutions, and value propositions in a written format to potential clients or stakeholders is crucial. This involves providing end-to-end professional pursuit coaching, pursuit and BXT (Business, Experience, Technology) sales methodology, bid management, bid evaluation, and copy-editing support.

    As part of PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you will actively support various services from Advisory to Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. Engaging in challenging projects and providing distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation is a key aspect of this role. Dynamic and digitally enabled training is designed to grow technical and professional skills.
    In the Proposal Strategy team, responsibilities include:
    - Assisting in the creation and design of impactful business proposals
    - Collaborating with team members to confirm alignment with client needs
    - Enhancing skills in proposal management through hands-on experience
    - Following brand guidelines and resources meticulously
    - Interpreting client requirements based on provided training
    - Engaging with diverse teams to foster meaningful connections
    - Contributing to the continuous improvement of proposal strategies
    - Supporting the development of proposals using various digital tools
    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's Degree
    - 2 years of experience in competitive business proposal experience

    - Oral and written proficiency in English required
    Preferred Qualifications:
    - 2-3 years of experience in competitive business proposals
    - Proficiency in writing, proofreading, and communication
    - Highly skilled in MS Office applications
    - Familiarity with Google Apps and InDesign
    - Project Management or Association of Proposal Management Professionals training
    - Ability to visualize and coordinate with designers
    - Demonstrating analytical skills with ambiguous instructions
    - Advanced proofreading skills in English
    - Highly skilled at using MS Office Applications
    - Ability to work remotely and flex work hours,
