Job Description
- As a Senior Associate at PwC, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, contributing to solving complex business issues across various stages from strategy to execution. Your role includes utilizing PwC Professional Skills which involve aspects such as self-awareness, delegation, critical thinking, and effective communication. You will be responsible for reviewing work quality, using tools effectively, embracing diverse opportunities, and upholding ethical standards within the firm.
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you will actively support a range of services including Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. Engaging in challenging projects, you will provide innovative solutions to enhance client engagements through improved quality and innovation. Through dynamic training, you will develop both technical and professional skills in a digitally enabled environment.
As part of the Finance team, your responsibilities will include managing core accounting activities to ensure financial integrity, collaborating with cross-functional teams for account closures and financial operations, preparing informative reports for decision-making, maintaining compliance with financial reporting standards, analyzing financial data for trends, fostering a positive work environment, mentoring junior staff, and driving excellence in financial operations and reporting.

Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's Degree, 3 years of experience, and proficiency in English. Preferred qualifications that set you apart include being a graduate in Accounting or Finance, holding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, excelling in financial analysis and reporting, managing account closure and financial analytics, understanding Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), navigating taxation processes for indirect and direct tax, collaborating effectively within diverse finance teams, utilizing Excel for advanced financial analysis, and building positive relationships and teamwork dynamics.,
