Talent Acquisition Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the talent acquisition team, responsible for full-cycle recruiting for various roles within the firm. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

What you will do: You will source candidates, conduct interviews, manage the offer process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. You'll also utilize various recruiting tools and technologies to streamline the process.

• Full-cycle recruitment
• Sourcing candidates through various channels
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Managing the offer process
• Maintaining relationships with hiring managers
  
• Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Developing and implementing sourcing strategies

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
