Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
• Demonstrates working-level knowledge of, and/or proven record of success with lateral or experienced recruiting/sourcing strategy development and execution, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including the following areas:
a. Understanding and utilizing recruiting systems, technologies and protocols; b. Collaborating with sourcing professionals, hiring leaders, and business stakeholders;
c. Contributing to full candidate life-cycle candidate recruitment and relationship building;
• Demonstrates some ability and related functional know-how to drive the following results related to the firms lateral/experienced recruiting lifecycle, including the following areas: -
a. Contributing to the development of pan India business unit experienced recruiting strategy for assigned requisitions;
b. Maintaining pipeline reports and presenting regular updates to key stakeholders;
c. Identifying and recommending candidates, coordinating interview scheduling, negotiating offers, and bringing the candidate recruiting process to closure;
d. Building working relationships with local partners, staff, and HR colleagues related to recruiting efforts;
e. Managing and updating the experienced applicant tracking system, for candidate progression in the interview process on a real-time basis;
f. Supporting pan India Recruiting Manager(s) with requisitions, as needed;

h. Managing special projects at the pan India level;
i. Responding to routine recruiting-related questions from partners, staff, candidates, and new hires; and,
j. Providing coaching and guidance to recruiting associates as needed. Prior experience of performing roles within a business in the professional services industry is preferred.
• Demonstrates thorough level knowledge of and proven ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, changing work environment, emphasizing the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, as well as manage time efficiently in a recruiting/research role, which includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
a. Contributing to the development of pan India business unit experienced recruiting strategies for assigned requisitions;
b. Conducting in-depth searches to find targeted candidate populations, including computer search, job board web research techniques, networking and cold calling/phone research and utilizing social media;
c. Performing deep web sourcing, utilizing advanced filtering and Boolean search strings, and database mining;
d. Tracking industry trends and developments, including information on competitors to include analyzing talent trends and hiring developments within sectors to bring value added insight and perspective to internal stakeholders;
e. Managing and updating the experienced applicant tracking system and the candidate relationship manager, for candidate progression in the interview process on a real-time basis; and,
f. Supporting special projects at the pan India level.
