As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge Preferred:
Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any of the following areas:
Commerce Transformation Strategy: End-to-end Transformation for Commerce processes, people and technology enablement
Commerce/ Marketplace Implementation and Program execution: Development and integration for commerce platforms implementations, including a focus on value realization for defined program milestones, vendor management, and program reporting
Commerce/ Marketplace Experience & Architecture Design: End-to-end commerce experience for defined customer segments/ clusters, employees and channel partners, and blueprint the conceptual and logical commerce architecture
Skills Preferred:
Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive management consulting abilities within a project team that includes the following:
Ability to understand, analyze, document and solve both explicit and implicit requirements.
Experience working as lead role for technical/ functional development and support of digital commerce ecosystem components.
Carry Business Analyst & Quality Assurance Analyst skills including running discovery workshops, stakeholder management, business process engineering, user story development, user acceptance testing and hypercare management
Interpret, analyze, and synthesize business data and research to present findings to clients; conduct primary and secondary research to inform analyses
Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and manage projects and practice initiatives simultaneously
Leverages analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks, with an ability both to see the big picture and provide keen attention to details
Has strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team- based environment
Design, develop and utilize analytic tools (e.g. forecast, cost benefit, market sizing models) to support key client decision-making
Digital commerce and/or marketplace solution implementation experience, working in a Scrum/Agile model
Knowledge of Agile product management, including user story management, QA testing, and demonstrated experience working across business and technical teams.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or a similar field of study

Systems:
Functional knowledge of Commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Magento, Oracle Commerce cloud, Commercetools, Shopify
Functional knowledge of Marketplace platforms such as Mirakl, VTex, Nautical, Spryker, Marketplacer, Cloud Blue
Working knowledge of Visualization and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx
