Oracle HCM Manager - Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits & Compensation

Role Overview

As an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Manager/Senior Consultant, you will lead implementations and support for key Fusion HCM modules including Recruiting, Core HR, Talent Management, and Absence Management. You will manage client relationships, deliver functional and technical solutions, and ensure timely project delivery and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 3+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Provide expertise in Recruiting, Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Workforce Compensation, and related areas.
• 
  Manage support ticket queues, client status meetings, SLA adherence, and reporting.
• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions, and configure Fusion HCM modules.
• Prepare functional specs, process flows, training materials, and lead Unit Testing/UAT.
• Develop reports (OTBI/BI), data load templates (HDL), and support data migration.
• Drive change management and end-user training for business adoption.
• Collaborate with Oracle Support for issue resolution and reduce recurring problems.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage enterprise configurations, security, workflows, and custom rules in Fusion HCM.

Qualifications

• 10-16 years Oracle Fusion HCM experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Fusion HCM modules and configurations.
• Hands-on experience in testing, data loading, reporting, and support/AMS environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• ITIL knowledge and experience with Fast formulas development is a plus.
