Line of Service Overview

At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.

Business Unit Overview

In indirect tax at PwC, you will focus value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), sales tax and other indirect taxes. Your work will involve providing advice and guidance to clients on indirect tax planning, compliance, and strategy, helping businesses navigate complex indirect tax regulations and optimise their indirect tax positions.

How You'll Contribute
  • Support the Middle East CTC Leader in executing the regional CTC growth and GTM strategy. 
  • Lead pipeline growth, targeting, and winning of CTC and tax transformation opportunities. 
  • Lead client presentations, RfP responses and compose compelling proposals for tax pursuits to drive strategic wins. 
  • Act as a senior client-facing advisor, leading end-to-end CTC/MS engagements. 
  • Deliver end-to-end CTC/MS and operating model transformation solutions. 
  • Provide tax technical expertise and leadership across tax compliance and transformation engagements. 
  • Oversee engagement delivery, quality, and client experience. 
  • Confidently articulate and present technology-enabled compliance solutions to clients. 
  • Business development and Go-to-market execution. 
  • Lead, coach, and develop the core CTC/MS delivery team. 
What You'll Bring
  • Senior Manager or Director-level experience in professional services or a complex in-house tax environment. 
  • Strong experience in tax transformation, Compliance/advisory, and operating model design. 
  • Solid tax technical background. 
  • Proven track record of winning client work, leading RfPs, and presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of tax technology, data, and ERP environments.
