• $1,000 USD monthly retainer
• 20% commission on all revenue you generate from day one
• Commission increases up to 35% based on payment volume
• Uncapped earning potential, your income scales directly with performance
• You own your accounts and continue earning as long as they transact

Your tier is based on monthly volume across all your merchants - not per client. Land a whale, your rate goes up on everything. Tiers are lifetime for as long as you're with us.

• You will own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from outreach to close to account managing.
• Identify and target online casinos, sportsbooks, iGaming operators, and gaming platforms
• Run outbound and inbound outreach through typical channels: cold calls, warm intros, LinkedIn, events, conferences, partnerships
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations
• Own your merchants for the long haul, their transaction volume is your upside
• Manage client relationships end-to-end: retention, upsells and cross-sells
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, if the product doesn't deliver, it directly impacts your commission

• You'll build deep expertise in your territory's iGaming / gambling / gaming landscape
• Map the market: who's using which processors, who's unhappy, who's scaling, and who's launching new brands
• Build your presence through industry events and networking (ICE, SBC, iGB)

• Existing network in iGaming / online gambling: casinos, sportsbooks, gaming platforms.
• Based in or strongly connected to key markets such as Cyprus, Malta, Gibraltar, Isle of Man, Curaao, Costa Rica, Philippines, LATAM, and Africa
• Comfortable selling crypto / stablecoin-based payment solutions (or able to ramp up)
