Financial Systems Analyst

Job Title: Financial Systems Analyst (Contract)
Location: On-site Miramar, FL
Duration: 6 months (with a chance to extend)

About the Role:
The client is looking for an experienced Financial Systems Analyst . The individual will be responsible for designing, documenting, and testing custom financial processes that connect to our ERP system. While experience with ERP enhancements and implementations is important, this position is more focused on process design and support. Will be working closely with both our finance and IT teams. A solid understanding of General Ledger processes is required, and experience with

Responsibilities:

• Work with business teams to understand their needs and translate those into system processes
• Design, document, and test custom financial workflows that link to our ERP system
• Help with ongoing improvements and upgrades to our financial systems
• Collaborate across departments to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Bring your General Ledger expertise to the table, and ideally some AP knowledge too

• 10+ years of experience working with financial systems and ERP tools
• Strong background in General Ledger processes, and preferably Accounts Payable
• Hands-on experience in designing and testing financial system workflows
• Someone who picks things up quickly, especially when it comes to unique or industry-specific processes

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with custom-built systems or system integrations
• Background in industries with more complex financial or regulatory setups
